The story

I started mark9x because I wanted to help companies get a better ROI by combining the powers of CRO & SEO to create a continuous loop of optimization. CRO is a powerful framework for improving conversion rates, while SEO remains the highest ROI content channel designed to attract traffic from search engines and LLMs.

I observed that very few people were truly good at both disciplines. I would discover web pages highly optimized for conversions with little traffic, and conversely, pages highly optimized for search with little done to improve conversion rates.

I thought if one could combine both disciplines to make sure that every web page is optimized for both conversions and search, that would make a compelling offer for companies. But it was too complex to pull off without a big team... until now.

The Turning Point

On February 5, 2026, the launch of Claude Opus 4.6 changed everything. It introduced adaptive thinking and a 1M token context window. I witnessed sixteen Claude Opus 4.6 agents autonomous coding for two weeks straight to deliver a fully functional C-compiler — over 100,000 lines of code in Rust — with zero human involvement.

This was the proof I needed. AI-native companies were running at 5X to 7X the revenue per employee of traditional SaaS. By orchestrating agents to execute the work instead of doing the execution ourselves, the impossible became possible. Mark9x was born from that shift.

I designed, built, and optimized websites for SEO, writing most of the content myself as a content marketer.
